“got stress?” brochure
Rackham developed the “got stress?” brochure, in collaboration with Daniel Eisenberg, Assistant Professor of Health Management and Policy at the School of Public Health and author of the Healthy Minds Study, to help normalize feelings of stress and reduce the stigma of talking to someone about concerns. The View from Here: Depression on College Campuses (a documentary)
This thirty-minute documentary designed to promote awareness that depression is a common health issue taking many forms. It features students and faculty at the University of Michigan from differing identity groups, ages and degree programs who relate the stories of their experiences with depression.
