Kensington Court Hotel and Holiday Inn Express

Faculty, staff and invited guests will stay at the Kensington Court Hotel or the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Ann Arbor. The hotels are sister properties and are conveniently located within a short walking distance of each other.

The Kensington Court and Holiday Inn Express are located at South State Street and Interstate 94 in the Briarwood Shopping Mall circle, only 2.5 miles from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan, and 25 miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport.

The Kensington Court Hotel offers 307 elegantly appointed guest rooms. The Holiday Inn Express Hotel offers 107 guest rooms. Complimentary high-speed Internet is available, in addition to the 24-hour Business Center with access to computers and a port for a laptop unit. The Executive Level at the Kensington Court offers added privacy and access to the Concierge Lounge.

All guests of both properties can enjoy the exercise room, large indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna conveniently located in the Kensington Court. The courtyard and patio both offer pleasant retreats to the outdoors for relaxation. Graham's Restaurant and Lounge offer a great setting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Kensington Court also offers a self service Viennese coffee bar in the lobby from 6:00 am - 10:00 am.

Reservations made with the U-M Rackham SROP group include a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast where you can enjoy a selection of fruits, juices, cereals and breads/pastries.
