* All room rates include Rackham audio-visual equipment; any audio/visual equipment needed beyond that provided by Rackham will be the responsibility of the group sponsoring the event.

* MSA-registered student groups will not be charged a room usage fee. Student groups will be required to pay a refundable $100 deposit for each room that is booked. The deposit is due when the contract is signed. The deposit may be retained by Rackham if the room (or it contents) has been damaged or needs additional cleaning, or if the reservation is not cancelled by the cancellation deadline (see below).

If a student organization fails to cancel a room reservation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event (45 days for the Amphitheatre and/or Assembly Hall), the group will forfeit their deposit.
