How is the transcript matched to the application?
Each transcript or academic record must include your full name, U-M ID number, or date of birth to match your document to your submitted application.
If you do not have a U-M ID number, before sending your transcript/academic record follow these steps:
- Create your ApplyWeb account.
- Complete pages 1-5 of the application.
- On page 5 of the application click the Request a U-M ID# link.
- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail that your request is being processed.
- You will receive your U-M ID in approximately 10 business days.
If you have not received a U-M ID number, submit your official transcript/academic record to Rackham with your full name and date of birth.
