A $5,000 gift creates a named award to enable a student from one of Rackham’s 104 doctoral and 90 master’s programs to travel anywhere in the world to collaborate with scientists, attend conferences, study original art and manuscripts, or participate in archeological digs.
A $5,000 gift creates a named award to support, for example, a Museum Studies student's required summer internship in an archive, zoo, museum, botanical garden, film institute, or science center around the world.
An expendable gift of $25,000 creates a prestigious named fellowship for an outstanding student who is completing his or her dissertation.

A gift of $750,000 establishes an endowment to provide an annual named fellowship to be awarded to a student in one of Rackham’s 104 doctoral programs. The endowed named fellowships will be used to recruit the most promising graduate students, those who show evidence of making a significant difference in their fields.
