How to Make a Gift

Your gift to The Michigan Difference Campaign may be designated for direct support of Rackham graduate students. Every gift received will be a wise and urgently needed investment not merely in the best in graduate education, but in the future well-being of our society and the world. Today, as always, a well-educated citizenry and a well-trained work force are crucial for human survival and progress. Just as the world currently benefits from your skills and talents, so the world will need the same from future generations of Michigan graduate students.

Making a Gift Online

You can make a gift using the Online Giving form.

Making a Gift by Check

Please make your gift payable to the University of Michigan and mail to the following address:

Please include your printed name and address and your daytime phone number in case we need to contact you for additional clarification.

Making a Gift by Credit Card

Please send a note with:

  • Your credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Name as it appears on the card
  • The amount you wish to give

It is important that you have a signature on the note verifying your request. Please send to the address above. You can also make a credit card gift by calling the Alumni-Donor Help Line at 734-647-6179 or toll-free at 1-888-518-7888. A Help Line representative will be happy to help you with your gift. The Help Line is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
