Sleep Habits to Improve Your Mood, Attention, and Energy

Description: 

This workshop specifically designed for graduate students, and presented by a CAPS counselor, will focus on cultivating an understanding of sleep and ways to improve restfulness and overall productivity. The workshop will examine some of the myths about sleep and rest, on identifying factors that contribute to sleep difficulties and fatigue, and on learning how to apply strategies to fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.
