Description: 

This workshop specifically designed for graduate students, and presented by a CAPS counselor, will focus on cultivating an understanding of sleep and ways to improve restfulness and overall productivity. In this workshop we will examine some of the myths about sleep and rest, identify factors that contribute to sleep difficulties and fatigue, and help you learn to apply strategies to fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. Co-sponsored by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
