Common Room, Lower Level, Rackham Building
This 4 session group integrates principles of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and is designed to help students explore the ways that mindfulness meditation can help quiet the mind, improve attention, and enhance overall wellness by cultivating present moment awareness. Group participants will learn a variety of meditative techniques with the goal of establishing a daily individual meditation practice.
Sessions will meet on Thursdays March 8, March 15, March 22, and March 29 from 3:00 - 5:00pm.
