In this session, the presenter will discuss how to begin defining your career options, formulating goals and adjusting your mindset for a successful and satisfying career in science. The participants will develop an appropriation of career management as an intentional, highly engaging and fun process. The speaker will offer a framework on how to package one’s thoughts and ideas for a successful career.

This workshop specifically designed for graduate students, and presented by CAPS counselors, will focus on cultivating an understanding of the Art of Sleep and Restfulness. The workshop will examine some of the myths about sleep and rest, identify factors that contribute to sleep difficulties and fatigue, and help students learn how to apply strategies to fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.
