Balance within and among these is essential to your success in graduate school and throughout your professional career.
To address your needs, Rackham offers a variety of health and wellness activities for students, and provides information to faculty, staff, and students to help you navigate the resources available to support you in graduate school. Rackham also advocates for graduate students in policy and planning across campus.

There are many places to find support on campus, but we know that the size of the University can make these resources difficult to identify and locate.
