Description: 

Specifically designed for graduate students, and presented by a CAPS counselor, the workshop will focus on cultivating an understanding of sleep and ways to improve restfulness and overall productivity. Participants will examine some of the myths about sleep and rest, identify factors that contribute to sleep difficulties and fatigue, and on learn how to apply strategies to fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly.
