Join GRIN for a dialogue around SLEEP. We all know sleep is important, but we rarely see the social and cultural messaging surrounding sleep (or lack thereof). Joy Pehlke from Wolverine Wellness will facilitate a discussion on the relationship between sleep and overall well-being and success of graduate students. We will discuss how our perception of sleep is influenced by our cultural settings as well as how sleep influences perception of our success. Lunch will be provided.
