Graduate students in Rackham programs may book the 2nd floor West Study Hall South Alcove for study group meetings for the current semester, at least 3 days in advance. The alcove seats 18 people at a boardroom style table and there is no cost to Rackham graduate student study groups.
To check availability or make a reservation visit the Rackham Graduate School Online Scheduling System. Click “Facility Information/Check Availability” to see if the alcove is available.
To reserve online, you will need to create an account under “University Users Log In/Out.” Your account will be pending until it is reviewed by a Rackham Facilities representative. You will receive an e-mail once your user account is activated, and then you may log in to submit a room request. The space you request will be temporarily held until the request is confirmed or declined by the Rackham Facilities Office.
If you already have an account (for a student organization, etc), call the Rackham Facilities Office at 734-764-8572 to update your account so that you can book space online for your study group.
