Rackham’s Program Review: Your Participation Is Important

One of my roles as Assistant Dean is to oversee the Rackham Program Review. Rackham reviews all of our graduate programs over a four-year cycle.

If your program is reviewed this fall, I encourage your participation and here’s why:

  • We need to hear from you! The participation of graduate students is essential for us to receive an accurate picture of what graduate programs do well, and where to focus efforts to improve.
  • Through the program review, we gain a better understanding of each graduate program across multiple dimensions. This helps us improve and maintain quality within our graduate programs.
  • Information gathered through program review helps us in our collective goal to achieve the highest level of quality of graduate education at U-M.

If your program is reviewed this fall, you will receive an e-mail invitation from Dean Janet A. Weiss to complete a brief online survey. Rest assured, we do not collect any demographic information so your responses cannot be linked back to you.
