Check Out the Video About the CAPS Wellness Zone!

You might have heard about the Wellness Zone at CAPS, which offers yoga and meditation tools, massage chairs, an Xbox Kinect system, biofeedback software, seasonal affective disorder light therapy, and other wellness resources. If you haven’t had a chance to stop by, but would like to take a sneak peek at what is available, CAPS has created a video introducing the Wellness Zone. The Wellness Zone is open during CAPS hours, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mondays through Thursdays, and until 5:00 pm on Fridays.
