Application Fee and Payment
- United States citizens and those with permanent resident visa status, $65
- Non-U.S. citizens, $75
- Current Rackham students, regardless of citizenship, $10
- This fee is non-refundable and subject to change.
- Applications received without fees, Rackham approved fee waivers, or need-based fee grants will not be processed.
The application fee is paid with a credit card before the application is submitted. The application is submitted via the web to the graduate program and Rackham Graduate School. There is no need to follow-up with a paper copy of the application or an additional application fee.
Avoid Unnecessary Fees
Do not submit both an online and a copy of the online application by paper. Applicants who apply online and send a copy of the online application by paper and pay fees using both methods will not be refunded for their dual payment.
Check the graduate program’s application deadline date before submitting an application. If the application deadline has passed and the graduate program will not accept a late application, the application fee will not be refunded.
